Rada Alnnasouri, Numerical Simulations Engineer at Healtis, describes her journey from her school days through to her current role.
/ Where are you from? I was born and raised in the Middle East until I obtained my engineering degree. After that, my adventure in France began.
/ Tell us about your background? After earning a scientific baccalaureate, I chose to attend an IUT for a quicker professional entry and became top of my class for two consecutive years. This allowed me to work as an assistant engineer at a sugar refinery from 2002 to 2007, while continuing my university studies, where I earned my engineering degree in 2007. From 2007 to 2008, I worked in electrical engineering at the same company. In 2008, I pursued further studies in France with a Master’s degree, followed by a PhD at the GREEN laboratory of the University of Lorraine. My thesis focused on the development of a new structure for a superconducting motor, specializing in the simulation and numerical modeling of electromagnetic fields. This experience led me to apply for a position at Healtis.
/ Your role and experience at Healtis? My journey at Healtis began in April 2015, when I took charge of creating the digital simulation division. My initial role was to structure and develop this new activity by setting up processes and tools tailored to the specific needs of Healtis. I actively contributed to research projects, participating in their design and execution to deliver high-quality client services. This experience allowed me to play a key role in the development of the division and to bring real added value to the company. Today, I continue to optimize this activity while actively participating in both client and research projects to ensure their long-term success and development.
/ How do you feel as part of the team? At Healtis, the atmosphere is friendly, and the cultural diversity enriches our exchanges, creating a dynamic and stimulating work environment. We work together with mutual respect and collaboration, which allows me to thrive professionally.
